Let's go back to EDSA and see how things are going. Have you noticed any difference in EDSA yet?
Videos are first released on / ytgadgetaddict and comments can be left there.
I guess what we see here is that everyone needs to adjust the way they use EDSA. Not just the drivers but also commuters and pedestrians.
And enforcers on the ground also need to make sure they're doing their part. On that note, additional training is already in the pipeline

2:47 In the Philippines, unlike 99% of other countries, there are NO designated jeepney or bus stops. You can get on and get off anywhere you please. It's just the Philippine way.

Dpt lahat ng driver sa Pinas magttpos muna ng driving school bago mkkuha ng road sign exam. then road test..then after 2 years tsaka palang pwede mging full license..and if they want to work as delivery driver or uber driver they need another kind of exam.

Ideally, pero we all know this would be very difficult to implement, possibly causing a major slowdown in the economy if the exams ever gets put into place. The schooling alone costs thousands of pesos per person. You have hundreds of thousands of drivers who might not be able to afford such an expense without some form of government assistance. It gets kind of messy in the implementation stage. Also, you need to keep these drivers accountable by having a system in place that penalizes their driving record as well as fining them for traffic violations. It can definitely be done, but maybe batches and with huge government support, especially for public utility drivers. Your suggestion reminds me of the one in Canada, which is quite efficient but extremely costly. You need that money to keep such a complex system functional.

In the Philippines, the ability to drive 1 meter forward and 1 meter in reverse qualifies you for a driver's license !
