60 billion dollars!! So, China is going to bring 60 billion dollars to Ghana? As they have done where else in Africa? Dangote Refinery which is the largest Single-Train refinery IN THE WORLD was referred to as one of the many refineries dotting Africa!! I wonder if this young man knows what he just said.
