Project For Awesome 2011 - Depression Alliance UK

This year, I decided to do a Project for Awesome video on something which is very close to me, Depression. I know the video is 5 minutes long, and that I repeat myself a few times, but please excuse that, I did make this video based on improvisation and rattling nerves. Plus I may be wrong in some of the things I say later on in the video, but please don't attack me for this, I'm simply trying to raise awareness of it. :)
