The radiator cap is not a smart idea. The cooling system is made to run at 1.1 bar, not 1.3bar Running at a higher pressure means the whole system will run under a higher pressure as well as hotter before the cap vents to the overflow tank. .2bar is about 3psi and that .2bar is 5°C increase in the boiling point and a 5°C increase on the system as a whole. Lets not forget that modern radiators use plastic end tanks, dont subject them to more pressure so they fail faster.
