Sorry, I never got notified about this reply, but I'm glad that someone answered for you. It does come with its own rules if you buy it on its own. The copy that I have in the video did not because I bought it as part of a larger package deal with the Deluxe version of the base game. That version had the rules for all of the expansions included right in the the main rulebook as well as a larger card with just the Finesse rules on it.
