Hi Alex The point of this video is to explain/remind the broader picture of Scope, NOT the fine detail. That can be found in other videos. More often than not we get caught in the finer detail and miss the larger part, especially with the difference between External and Internal, which are too often misunderstood and hence big issues arise, as well as Project Scope and Plan scope
