What if the project end date gets extended? I may not want to change the projected end date. But I want to account for any hours spent past the due date. How could I manage that in this sheet?

Hi. How can we update the Calendar view so it starts 1/1/2024?

If you are using the latest version of the template, You need to enter the start date in cell C5 on Calendar Worksheet. If you are using older version of the template, you will need to enter the start date cell F6. Best wishes.

Is this template able to use man days instead of man hours?

Thank you for showing interest in our template. Yes, you can enter 1 for full day and 0.5 for half day instead of entering number of hours on each weekday. Then you just need to change the titles mentioned as hours to days. Best wishes.
