Awesome stuff man! Glad to see it coming along. Also for a side tip: I used Lucas red n tacky grease. Three years later, no squeeks. It's cheap and you get plenty in one tube for $5 or less at Walmart. Works excellent!!! Lucas red n tacky. I heard of so many other suggestions for lubes to use and then after further research into those suggestions, people were still having squeaks afterwards. However, Lucas red n tacky is the all time unrecognized underdog of poly bushings. Guaranteed to get the job done!

Strangely enough it felt like my NA6 started to ride better after putting poly bushing in it. Though the original bushes had 200K+ on them, so that might be why.

What do you think about the bronze bushing poly kits from supermiata? Perhaps less punishing since they travel so freely. Then again I guess it's really up to your suspension to take up all the punishment, and the better suspension you run the less punishing the poly is.

I like the project. I think videos are really short, no much happens and they are really far one from each other. Project is taking very long!

Can you go further into detail about why poly bushings can be punishing as time goes on…? What’s your current experience with them so far???

I had poly bushings for a year and they make the car feel very harsh. Mine started squeaking in like 5 months. Maybe I didn't put enough grease. Swapped them out for new rubber bushings and the car feels so much better. Wouldn't recommend poly for a street car

The increase in NVH beats you up if you drive the car for a while. Road bumps, exhaust noise and drivetrain.

MotoIQ recommends Teflon tape for sway bar mounts that use poly. Just wrap the bar where the bushing goes, grease your bushing and install.
