Hello sir, CPM method was great with much clarity in explanation. Yet i'd like to know about PERT also in a clear way. will you please explain?

+viknesh starson I don't have a video on PERT. But PERT and CPM are different concepts that have shared and overlapped concepts over time. My summary explanation would be that CPM is good for more predictable projects where important elements have been attempted before and estimation of activity time is reasonable accurate. PERT is better for unpredictable research and development projects that are being attempted for the first time with many unknowns. It is worth noting that PERT had it's Genesis in the Polaris missile project. I don't plan on doing a PERT video anytime soon. Sorry.

Heyii, which server did you use for the diagram?
