This is really great timing considering the increase of player numbers. Lots of people (like me) dont feel like reading the entire manual, because lets be honest, its absolutely massive. Although reading it would have made my first few months playing pr a lot easier, I eventually figured everything by the help of some long-time players and trial and error. Pretty informative overrall, and Im glad you made this because a lot of tutorials are outdated by now. I read the manual for the first time like 2 weeks ago after an year of playing, and goddamn I wish I read it earlier. Also, can you make another tribute video once the tutorials are through? Absolutely the definitive way to get into the game in the current zeitgiest. Kind a gave me nostalgic vibes for when I didn't know most of the stuff outlined here and had to learn it or be taught. Some extra tips 1.Logis can be used as transports and you should not feel bad for leaving it In the middle of no ware (a another squad will deal with it) 2.all four wheel vehicles can take two mines, so if you in a pinch or need to mine clear just drive over them 3. Spread does not affect the first shot of any weapon. 4. Do not revive team mates it loses you tickets. 5. Pick up enemy kits to confuse enemy’s. 6. Always one man tanks and apcs to prevent two people from dieing when your tanks get blown up. 7. Do not join a squad you work better as a lone wolf. 8. The sniper kit is OP always take the sniper kit any chance you get. 9.remember reloading is always faster than switching to your pistol. 10. Have fun :)

Great video and great pacing for the amount of information! Maybe a part 2 with other more specific role based and gameplay tips for some of these newer players would be helpful too! There are so many small details that you might not notice as a newer player like differences in ammunition, the new gunning mechanics ect that kinda do need an explanation because not every squad leader is competent though to explain it to all these new players.

I used to play PR back during my early years of college...gosh that was nearly a decade ago now! I'd love to jump back in, but I was always nervous going in without a friend to play with (just how I am in any game). As I remember it, you'd play for 4-5 hours (so...3-5 games) and it'd usually be two shitty games, or games where one side just steamrolls the other for every good game. But maaan those good games were so damn fun. Sometimes an OBJ might change hands several times as you doggedly fight over a little strip of land.

Going into advanced things, 1 man per piece of cover, in view of each other to save each other, grenade spread. Advanced tactic demonstrations of full squads camouflaged, playing dead or up in trees 1 man per tree. Showing how to play the game. Like how people sit on the cache building instead of getting one man per building to be the long and close range booby trap to enemy.
