Instead of only sacrificing serial killers, they torture refugees, beggars and POWs instead. The SCP Foundation are saints compared to the Chaos Insurgency, or indeed any other GOI. Now, I could argue against the GOC, but I've seen your type before. You're, shall we say....simple? You just want to shoot things whitout even knowing what they are. You think you're in an american action movie and that you play the heroes. Doesn't matter, reality will hit you sooner rather than later, and it'll hit HARD.
