You can use one of your thumbs on the first slider that comes and then use your other thumb to press the golden slider and use both thumbs to flick. I’m not sure if this is how to do it bc I’m index, but you should try it. Edit: I tested it and it worked!

엄지러 유저입니다. 1:24 구간은 엄지로 칠 수 있습니다. 박자랑 손배치를 잘 맞추셔야 하는데 가량 롱 노트랑 단타가 번갈아나오는 구간에 경우 잭님 영상처럼 단타를 치시며 다른 한 손으로 롱노트를 유지하셔야 합니다.

그리고, 롱노트가 겹치는 부분은 그대로 유지하셔도 됩니다. 운 나쁘게 손가락만 떼지 않는다면 틀린 판정이 안 뜨기 때문에 괜찮습니다.
