Technically the 6 virtual singers are voiced by themselves since their voicebanks are being used for their speech, but it's cool that you're crediting their voice providers anyway.

For Miku, Rin, Len, Luka it is voice acting as they are told to give a certain singing tone to prevent the idea that the voice banks sound like them. Kaito is also kinda voice acted as for V3, he had aged between the two versions. Only Meiko seems to not be voiced acted

@@victoriabell9546 yes. Back in V2, no one wanted to be providers as it could lead to replacing them with vocaloid when it came to music. So it was decided to get voice actors to create a character voice. They were instructed to sing in a certain way. It’s also the reason why they never got talking banks. You mentioned that the actors may have recorded lines for the software to later create for the game but I don’t think that’s possible as Meiko’s isn’t an actor so that’s challenging. Also they all need to provide lots of time to come to the recording studio to record lines.

I hope you all aware the Vocaloids were not voice directly from the seiyuu but only from the seiyuu's voice samples (voicebank) thus they sound robotic in project sekai. Only experience Vocaloid tuner can make Vocaloids sound smooth like Vocaloid producers. That is one of the reason, why most of the Vocaloid covers in Puroseka sounds bad as they lack of tuning experience.
