none of your progress resets for anything when you get rid of it unless you buy the reset save gamepass. for example, if you got thunder breathing, but bought a reset breathing gamepass, got wind, but then got rid of wind and went back to thunder, your thunder mastery would still be the same as it was when you got rid of it. (also your wind mastery would be the same if you went back to that)
