1-He died in Emisary Subspace 2-That would not be canon, and Ultimate is a mainline game 3-That would kinda ruin the special thing Tabuu has 4-There is a spirit that represents Tabuu in Ultimate, but isn't Tabuu, just you unlock the Tabuu.jpg

@@adridoes_sillystuff To raise a point to your second reason, I believe Subspace is canon to the Smash universe. On the Boxing Ring stage for both Smash 4 and Ultimate, ROB's title is "Last of his Kind" referencing he is indeed the last living ROB robot as of Subspace since the rest got nuked by the bombs.
