Project The Best Printable Voith Schneider Propeller TBP-VSP

Today I show you my Project The Best Printable Voith Schneider Propeller TBP-VSP 77mm.
Until now, there hasn't been a printable VSP that was properly sealed and fitted with ball bearings.
I found that very unfortunate and have fixed this problem.
The result is a VSP with 19 ball bearings and 13 seals.
I wrote it for a few months and needed about 15 test models to get the VSP working properly.
No transfer of the data and the manufactured parts to third parties!
Protected according to Section 2 Paragraph 1 No. Section 7 UrhG and Section 2 Paragraph 1 No. 4 UrhG.

Heute zeige ich euch mein TBP-VSP 77mm.
Bisher gab es keinen druckbaren VSP, der richtig abgedichtet und mit Kugellagern ausgestattet war.
Ich fand das sehr schade und habe dieses Problem behoben.
Das Ergebnis ist ein VSP mit 19 Kugellagern und 13 Dichtungen.
Ich habe ein paar Monate daran geschrieben und ungefähr 15 Testmodelle gebraucht, um den VSP richtig zum Laufen zu bringen.
Keine Weitergabe der Daten und der gefertigten Teile an Dritte!
Geschützt nach § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. § 7 UrhG und § 2 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 UrhG.

I read the description, just wondering if you intend (perhaps after some testing) to provide/sell plans or finished models? Excellent work either way. I managed to make a laser cut version but it's just a working mechanical model, not sealed w/out a drive and it took me a couple years and many, many iterations. So, I can appreciate the time/effort you have in that absolute work of art.

Haste sehr gut umgsetzt,top arbeit,das jetzt noch in Messing drucken lassen,das wäre es,aber das sprengt die Hobbykasse😂😂😂 Was mir aufgefallen ist,das die Steuerhebel von deren Achse zur mitte ein linie sind,wäre es vielleicht nich besser,wenn die angewinkelt sind,das die über ihren punkt kommen. Kann mich dem Lob nur anschließen! Aber bitte eine 120mm Variante 😝 Vielleicht nicht aus Messing. Aber die Schaufeln und die Steuerhebel aus Nylon (mit oder ohne CF) SLS drucken zu lassen sollte finanziell drinn sein 🤔

Ist es eigentlich mal geplant den voith Antrieb später käuflich zu erwerben? Gruß Jan

Denke schon. Werde den aber erst im Herbst einem Belastungstest unterziehen. Wenn dann alles gut ist, werde ich den gegen Materialkosten und einer kleinen Danksagung abgeben. Größere sind dann kein Problem. Nur kleiner wird es eine komplette Änderung im inneren sein.
