yung poultry ilang taon lang tyak may magrereklamo na..bka ipasara ng denr..for 150 m medyo mahal. yung house 15 m kayang itayo,yung 8.5 hectares around 3 m per hertare total around 40 m pwede na ..saka ang mahal ng tax sa cabanatuan para kang hinohodap taon taon..saka kung may 150 m ka di mo na kailangan ng passive income..

8M is a nice source of income and I think GROSS lang ito. But how can a poultry be a passive income ? Kahit na may ready workers and old buyers na it needs to be actively managed. Layout if the property is nice.
