Here is a little fun fact that I found about this song: The bgm that plays when you use Reiji and Xiaomu multi attack is called "Some day, beneath the moonlight" with Xiaomu posing as a bride in the end. And perfectly this song is called "moonlight curtain call" with an image of Reiji and Xiaomu under the moon.

+Ralph Beaudoin being declared dead in the cannon isn't an excuse to not be in a project x zone. A large majority of the villains in PXZ2 were various levels of "dead"

Namco X Capcom had characters that are dead in their canon such as Druaga from Tower of Druaga, Zouna from Legends of Valkyrie and Janga and Joka from the Klonoa series. Pretty sure in PxZ3, some of the dead will return but I will like to see Zouna again since Kamuz was in PxZ2, also Grandmaster Meio from Strider, Scumocide from Captain Commando, Mr. X from Streets of Rage, Belger from Final Fight and Ramirez from Skies of Arcadia.

꧁Arashi Chisei꧂ Yes. The use of skills, story, and soundtrack, or almost everything was a big improvement! If PXZ 3 comes out, the developers should keep this system but this time let the pair units use 6 attacks. And why would they remove cross hits with support units and only with the solo units? Despite those flaws this was a better system. And if they want to do a few new things, they shouldn't make the battles drag on. There are chances of new characters such as Bayonnetta. I would like more exposure of the Star Gladiator series, Hiromi from Burning Force to return in the NXC series as a solo unit, Kaguya as a solo if Haken and the rest are caught up in the Super Robot Wars stuff (most PXZ fans would want both and Aschen), fighting against Lan Di from Shenmue, having the Valkyria Chronicles 3 characters return because of that little plot hole with them not defeating Selvaria (I'm fine if they bring in the 1 characters.), more exposure of Soul Calibur, something to do with God Eater 3, the main villain from Resonance of Fate, Klonoa if they can, possibly bringing in Kazumi Mishima, the real Saya, Gil from Street Fighter, fighting against Purge from Space Channel 5, Reiji and Xiaomu's child or children, and if they bring back the PXZ1 originals, they need to improve on their character. People said Mii was a plot device and I agree with that plus being a Mary Sue. The rest are fine except the kind of bland enemies and Kogoro and Meden were about one note characters. That is all I can say. What do you think?

Y_u wanna see_me I like that, but what if the writers somehow wanted to return Oros Phlox? I like them, but I understand why they get criticism. I know that Meden out of all of them is the most one note character that's nothing but, "I am an evil Jiriya! I know more than you! I'm that rock's son! I'm powerful and leave my wife alone!" For the plot twist it would've have worked if the writers *didn't decide to put it towards the end* which makes me imagine that the next chapters where the plot gets confusing real quick is a big ball that keeps getting bigger. If I remake this part of the plot, let's have it where Due kidnaps Mii because of her quickly and poorly developed powers to teleport anywhere in chapter 9 (the chapter where I kept on losing and didn't understand the continue thing) and the goal for the players is to defeat Aya-me without Ichiro and Sakura dying. So while Mii's in captivity, Drei interacts with her and trying to win her heart. Predictably, he fails and Meden has to tell him the truth that he will never get a wife like him. So with her powers that she develops through Meden forcing her to train her to use those powers. After some well written character development where Mii takes what seems like days but actually hours (I don't know how time actually worked for the characters outside of Cyberspace/the Xenosaga universe/ The World, but watching Endgame won't help me.) and slowly gains control by not believing in herself (*cough cough* Captain Marvel......) but maybe through some training by Kogoro because he told her about her ancestors trying to manipulate the Portalstone's powers or something, and that his ancestors stopped them. This could be hinted somewhere in the intro for at least five to nine seconds. After all of that, Mii comes back in chapter 20 and is ANGRY about what Due and her Ouma ripoff society has done to her and teams up with the rest of gang and fight her. I was thinking of removing some of the chapters for my abridged series, but I'll try to keep in the important parts and keep the story the same along with its improvements. Now back to Oros Phlox! I love their voice talents and I hope they return for PXZ3. Now their "farewells." I read a comment about someone who played the game and defeating them except Meden obviously wasn't satisfying. I dealt with worse. (Not saying that person is wro- *cough cough* Monster High New Ghoul in School....) And I kinda like their farewell even though it's obviously cliched, but that maybe they're staging this up to try to fulfill their plan and were possibly secretly collecting those fragments Shinra & Friends and Ouma were collecting?! Nope because this part of the franchise is already resolved, we don't need anymore filler as a "background" to the story of PXZ2. Maybe they'll team up with Ouma and possible returning and new characters such as Sigma, Vile, Kamuz, another .hack boss to deal with besides the 30 Skeiths, any Tales game they can bring in (I'm hoping for Abyss because I actually played the game in the PS2 and 3ds for a while, but I'm fine with any of them if it's executed well!), and the real Saya. Then, probably around chapters 21-27, we join up with them! If they somehow thought they could use the NXC gameplay mechanic again, everything, I mean EVERYTHING shouldn't be slow. Especially KOS-MOS! In conclusion for changing the characters, I would like them to add more dimension and interactions to/with them without being forced to the point if this was removed it wouldn't effect the main story and sub plots. Especially Meden the Gurren Langen robot possessed by Jiriya. I would like to see Drei lose weight, Eins quitting smoking, and Due and Meden to have children! Just wish they can all have like a family reunion. And see them make it to the altar of Reiji and Xiaomu's wedding. But I kinda feel bad for Saya, she was like one of Xiaomu's people. Even though she was a villain, I hope she comes back reformed and reborn as someone good. Have her change. Because we knew Byaku Shin was gonna double cross and turn on Ouma and destroy the world.

I mean, Mii and Kogoro might have gotten a better send-off if they had appeared in more than one game. I think my only gripe with PXZ2 is the fact that plot-wise it's more of a follow-on to Namco X Capcom (a game I've never had the chance to play) than to PXZ1. Don't get me wrong, I definitely didn't mind having Reiji and Xiaomu take the lead, I knew and liked them from PXZ1, but it would've been nice to get more than a one-chapter reference where they don't even actually appear. And after Saya actually joined the party and parted on fairly good terms in PXZ1 it feels a little weird to go back to Ouma as the big bads in the second game. And their plot in PXZ2 directly hinges on recovering the pieces of their first plot from NxC. (Also Mii and Kogoro weren't agents in the first game, though they're implied to be newly recruited to Shinra in the second game)
