The first building that you spawn in is ALWAYS empty(no zombies).

No it isn't, i died in my spawn house twice because there were like 5 zombies inside

@@bonuyo yes it is. You probably have some mods that change that, or you respawned in a previously created world with zombies already loaded in the house

@@arifpiriyev8610 No it isn't, my first few runs when I haven't discovered there's mods, I spawned in a house full of zombies. (meaning my first few vanilla playthrough) since I discovered there's mods, haven't spawned in a house with zombies already yet.

I like PZ with a few mods to make my character automatically eat food and smoke cigarettes so I dont have to open the inventory every 30 seconds. Makes it much easier

The unlucky perk doesnt really affect anything, you'll just have worse odds of finding stuff while foraging
