Today I play Project Zomboid But I wake up inside the zombie infested hospital with a broken bone and I need to find a way to escape.

I believe that the reason why there are so many zombies in the hospital is due to the fact that when the apocalypse started everyone with symptoms went to the hospital causing overcrowding.

Yeah COVID-19 proved this part. I think there is day zero versus on what day you start. Hospital I think the the worst place to start and other emergency service area. Gas stations and food places. Shoot anywhere besides your home.

I was thinking about this earlier "What if this actually happened?" And the I remembered that we almost have gene editing through CRISPR and that a zombie virus could exist for biological warfare if a country is crazy enough to commit to it.

when limping by a hurt leg there is an exploit you can use to "run" , even if broken leg, the animation of running will occur and then the character stops , if you cancel the animation before it ends you can do the run start animation and cancel it endlessly, and you will pretty much advance at a high speed as if walking normally, maybe faster

Spawn in, IMMEDIATELY CROUCH. Attract one zombie. Kill that zombie grab shoes, try to find weapon or even fork or something and equip. Find window, jump from window and hope for the best. That first run with the hammer made me so sad when you died, you could have sheetroped out even if you were several stories up :(. Nice try though, it looked tough.
