Okay I'm a deputy sheriff from Florida, I'm generally impressed. That begining is completely accurate with the confusion and shit. I'm genuinely impressed because we don't usually get a video showing the beginning of the outbreak.

@@issabunn 5:38 i don't know it kinda looks like you guys have a shoot first ask questions later mind set, i mean they did just start shooting even though the batons were seemingly working, if the shooting only started after you had a man down then that's understandable but the first guy started shooting before things even got out of hand, realisticly you should've just thrown down tear gas also the fact that you left the shotguns in the cars defeats the point of bringing them for intimidation since you didn't bring them inside to actually use for imtimidation. if this wasn't a zombie outbrake and really was just people on drugs then most of these cops would likely get suspended after how this went down. Also this isn't me hating on the video its just me nitpicking how these characters handled the "out of control party", i watched another one of your videos last night where it was in a bar and two zombies a man and a woman seemingly just wasted show up, the characters let the woman inside because shes someone they know and she seems like she needs help but after she starts attacking them they gently push her back outside which was handled well, then the man brakes in via a window and the bar tender just out right murders him and not even out of self defense just because he broke threw the window, then after killing what was seemly just a drunk or hight person goes and grabs his gun but after that it was just a full on zombie attack so anyone he shot after that i'll let slide. But again this is just me nitpicking how some of these characters go right to killing even when they believe the zombies might just be drunk or high, obviously once you start getting bit and what not things change but a character going right to killing someone they believe might just be wasted seems a bit unrealistic

Nice video. Have been following a while, remembering early vids. Good story-telling and creative energy. Bit off-topic, because you playing the role of a cop in the vid: Playing on an MP server (with medium RP I guess) that plays a good while before the apocalypse before it turns to shit. Server simulates jobs, an economy, etc. It's bit like GTA or ARMA life RP but in Zomboid. I'm playing as a new deputy there and it's a fun experience. I saw the downfall last iteration and it was crazy to see unfold in an MP environment with good storytelling from staff. I'm not here to drop sneaky ads tho so I will only name it to anyone on express request but my point is a good immersive downfall or apocalypse experience is worth gold. So immersive.

Appreciate it man, I will say that while I can understand wanting to give some voice to others, I would ask that you not invite others in when I have a server that I'm building up as well and have been for a while. If people are looking for a fun storytelling experience where they get to influence the story as well, then I'm the best bun around!

@@issabunn Perfectly understand, it's why I didn't barge in completely through the door with it, figuratively speaking, because it can seem so unsolicited. If you build your own server that's also even more so understandable and I got you covered :D It's just that your video was so great and starting at the early onset of a collapse (as a cop in this case) that it heavily reminded me of my own MP experiences elsewhere. Honestly, I'm generally a fan of the early or developing apocalypse. The chaos and people's stories in an early apocalypse fascinate me more than a long dysfunctional world with post-apocalypse factions that rose out the ashes - although some of those settings are interesting to me (like technically Fallout and some others). Because by then usually many things were settled, borders were drawn, things 'organized'. But fresh say Zombie Apocalypse unfolding? Man you wouldn't know where to really turn or go to, any corner, any person you meet could mean uncertainty. Sorry I nerded out a bit there 😅

@@Unknown-ek1ox Totally get the loving early apoc stuff! I know that some of my favorite moments in movies are usually the how it fell apart, not always the how we kept it together. On my server right now, it feels almost like a mix of both falling apart, and holding together, new threats in the form of humans, new zombies, etc. Plus, I think the biggest thing of all for people on my server is that you have an influence in the story, we don't script these out in most cases, so when Bill John died... well... we didn't plan that If you are ever interested, chances are if you pop onto discord you'll see me in there! Don't ever apologize for nerding out!
