The letters from Deb were, in my opinion, the most emotional moment in the recent Project 863 history. You can see that she truly was trying to keep the team stable and safe, even if that meant sacrificing her own life. Quite a heroic feat, if you ask me.

Once Woods started to say the line “You remind me a lot of Wesley.” I knew that the parallels we have been saying since season two were going to be talked about. theory: what if deb is not exactly dead but "frozen"? whatever was sprayed on her seem to have "frozen" one of the vials (the other vials were shielded by the chair or something else) and it is likely that she also got "frozen" like a statue or a caveman in ice and was then carried out from the apartment. if she was shot or killed by other means, her body would have fallen on the floor and some of the white substance would have been erased. since the vial didnt defrost even in the hot room , she probably is still frozen and maybe gary has her and is doing experiments on her. if you do go back to her place, use a camera detector and red cellophane with your phones flashlight to see if there is a hidden camera in the room that may have filmed what happened to her or atleast give better clues

Two things, one, can we take a moment to appreciate the Mega Green that Deb was sporting under her desk? Two, I believe it was Gary who was the murderer, or at least someone sent by him. I think that the timeline makes sense, Deb acquired the Absalate for safe keeping, as that was before you were supposed to meet her, but then Gary got to her immediately after. How else could he have known that you would be in that parking lot at that time, with the news of her murder? If she knew that it was crucial in her timeline for you to know, then she would've somehow manipulated Gary to do the exact things he has, to call you at that specific time, and then get you to where you are now. Just some thoughts, probably not very easy to follow, but here it is. Started this comment midway through the video, now that I am done, I think that John Doe was used by Gary, so John is the actual murderer, but working for Gary.

THEORY: At 31:15 deb wrote in matt’s letter talking about a common chess move using the pawn. A few videos back in the conversation they had with deb, she said something about, “sometimes you must sacrifice a pawn in order to take the king.” I find it a bit strange that she has said something about a pawn twice, maybe there is something the team should look into a little bit more, but then again this could all just be a simple coincidence…

It’s very possible. But we have had moment in the past where ash and dust and other thing have made shadows in the past. It happened during the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings and even happened during 9/11 so it’s not unlikely that a smaller flame powered weapon could’ve done something like that

Theory:What if scot is a clone. They could all be looping so ask Scott what day it is. We just need to know the month and day not the year. After you do that later in the week ask him again to see if he still the thinks it’s the same day. If he was a clone they would all be coming from the same time so that the people in that timeline don’t get confused on why they aren’t there. Also when you ask him what day it is get the mars bar from his brief case and check the expression date. If he has the same mars bar the expression date must be the same. This will lead on to my theory that he is a clone because if Scott’s a clone don’t you think they would clone the briefcase.That will also explain why scott didn’t remember the encounter you guys had with him when he left his briefcase.

I think it’s important to ask Scott what year he thinks he’s currently in. If he thinks Syntec is still an open and working company, that everyone (except for Deb) is alive, and is going there everyday for work, then he must not know what year we are in. Time travel and all that. Letting him know will give him time to process, because I’m sure he will need some time, but also maybe he can recall what happened before his “coma.” Maybe he can recall what happened to him and who did it to him. Maybe he can give us more information that Deb didn’t know. Also what if we TELL the Deb emulator that Scott has returned and see what she says. Maybe Deb knows if he was ever pronounced dead, if he was involved in any projects, or if he went into hiding too. Maybe she would be surprised or confused.

Theory: In Debs "shadow", her feet are pointing toward the door meaning whatever exploded and what happened / who killed her, she saw and knew who it was. What if she knew Gary was coming to kill her so she set up this explosive so when he came in, it went off killing her aswell.

I like the idea of "If I am going down, I am taking you with me!", but I don't think Deb would do that. She spent all that time staying alive, and then she takes herself out, doesn't match up. Theory: Before I start this may be a long shot. To start the missing item next to the sharpie could be some sort of drive that has important things on it and that is why the attacker took it. Furthermore, with the crystalization I think it could be either a flash freezing device which would somewhat explain the crystilization but another thing could be that the substance used to murder Deb is some sort of biological weapon that attacks the liquids in their body and crystalizes them and there is just a residue left behind after the attack or explosion if it was that. As far as the missing item next to the bookshelf could be some sort of new project that she was working on, so could the flashdrive mentioned earlier. P.S. the letters almost made me cry

QOTD Answer: John Doe may be a pivotal suspect in this, even though he's bet "out of the picture" until recently. Even though the notes/letters/threats made by Gary to Deb sound pretty convincing. I think if I'm going about this the right way, Gary Reynolds and John Doe are working together since Gary knew that Deb was deceased before the team knew. I have a theory about the letters to everyone: I think that the letters were a turning point in the story. I think the previous door (The one that Deb had opened for them to walk through) that was opened is now closed and another has opened, one that would lead the team down a path that would either save everyone (including Scott) or bring about the downfall of Spelbound and ex Syntec Employees/Survivors. It's a "fork the in the road" kind of situation, but I hope you (the team) go down the right path when it arises. Godspeed, and be careful.

It’s also definitely possible that the one who did it isn’t on your list. Maybe it was an experiment survivor out for revenge? I think that you should use the new D3B simulation to find more suspects. Only having 3 when the simulation listed more than 300 would make it harder to solve the murder and it would be a huge waste of time to chase after 3 suspects and then find out none of them were involved.

Scott’s shaky and seeming nervous personality to me feels like he’s just genuinely confused, however John Doe always seemed quite either neutral like he had no opinion (at least he didn’t show it) or slightly frustrated with something, same with GR he has always seemed a bit passive aggressive. Chloe on the other hand we’ve assumed is dead and I also think if she’s not she (with the information we have so far) wouldn’t kill Deb. I think John Doe was Gary's agent, hence how he KNEW where she was the whole time. If Gary has contacts within the police (enough that he could, say, arrange for a Syntec pen to be left as Ben's cell), it would make sense for him to have an 'undercover' agent checking in on Deborah. QOTD: It honestly sounds like Scott went through something called dissociative fugue. It causes someone to completely and fully “dissociate” from who they are and become a totally different person. This is not DID, as it can last for, in some cases, 20 years. When someone exits the fugue, they reassume their identity and pick up where they left off. This would explain why Scott thinks he’s only been gone a day. His “looping” could be caused by anterograde amnesia from a traumatic event either at syntec or while he was in the fugue. He would only have his short term memory and live the same day over and over. He could’ve murdered Deb and not even remembered it.

Whatever caused those shadow effects, it was either hot enough (and had whatever other components you'd need) to instantaneously crystalize liquid or cold enough to freeze so much it'd last until now. I guess that makes it a bit easier to single out suspects, since if we find out one of them has that kind of weaponry, we've pretty much got enough evidence to call them out. Though, without a doubt; whatever this was, it was *powerful*. QOTD answer: my thoughts immediately jump to Gary or Scott with this new information. Theory, I’m thinking scott is running from his problems by murdering deb, trying to hide the fact he killed her. While running he gets found by you guys, to get questioned. QOTD: Out of Chloe, Scott, and Gary, I think Gary is the most likely choice as to who killed Deb. Chloe seems to be a Syntec experiment survivor that is trying to get away, and while the argument exists that she possibly killed Deb in order to escape or for revenge...? I think that's highly unlikely with what we know about her from Scott. In terms of Scott, although there's something fishy about him and his whole mental state, he's been of help to you. Yes, he had access to Deb's hideout, but that seems to me like they trusted each other. Sure, there's the argument that Deb and Wes trusted each other and we saw how that turned out and history has been repeating itself, but Scott seems different. And that leaves Gary. We don't know anything about him besides that he sounds untrustworthy. He didn't care about you or Deb at all, he only demanded from you exactly what Deb was trying to keep safe. He showed up like Deb said he would if she didn't, and Deb hasn't been wrong so far. Long story short, Scott seems to be on your side, we don't know anything about Chloe and she seems to just be trying to run away, and Gary is the very person Deb told us to worry about if she didn't show up. Stay safe out there y'all. Edit after watching episode: Those Gary letters? That provides further evidence for my theory, however I'm going to be honest you all, this is adding up... too well? I'm almost feeling like our suspect is someone we aren't considering but I'm not sure who at the moment. Let's hope things add up soon, thanks for the inspiration and hope you put in us with that letter Deb!

Theory: Deb isn’t dead: What if Deb isn’t really dead, we know that she has been extremely manipulative in the past. Who says she can’t do it again. Gary could just be part of her cards to play on the table… we know that she said that she was going into hiding, and if she wasn’t the one on the pay phone someone else will be. That could be a sign that she knew that was going to be the outcome of the situation. Add on theory: she is not dead rather stuck in time. We have multiple theories that people have created about how Scott has rather used time travel to go back rather than teleporting. If that is the case then who is to say that if one person “Scott” can go back in time. Who says that he can’t make it stop. And who can forget… Happy 4th Anniversary!!!!

QOTD/A: In the shadow it look like she was trying to "unalive" herself instead of letting whoever else kill her making no suspects, however, looking at the email of John Doe he's also now a suspect. Also, wild theory but I think what killed her could have been a time bomb which could, in some bizzare way, explain the clock like it's catching up on the hours it lost. What if the hypothetical time bomb made her age to death and the powder was bone powder? It's wild I know but what is the difference between wild and normal anymore?

I think that Chloe killed Deb, hear me out. Since it seams like she was a patient, maybe while testing with serum Chloe acted out and killed Deb. This is where Scott comes into play. Maybe Scott witnessed this and now he is trying to help her escape and that is why he has the passport

QOTD: Gary is the most secretive so far and even though Scott is very connected to deb he seems to confused and disoriented to even follow through with anything-saying this from the point of view that he has always been like he is now. I don’t think it isn’t possible that it could be Scott, but based in prior info it seems like Scott is a safer person than Gary. He was very threatening on the phone and didn’t really acknowledge what you asked in that vid. Gary is more “buff” or scary in terms of being a killer. Also in this video he said she would pay for what she did.

Question of the Day Theory: I think it wouldn't be Scott because he really seams he cares about Deb, and it could maybe be Chloe because she was experimented on and if every one that was experimented on got revenge you wouldn't be in this. But I really think it is Geary because as Scott said he was the one suppose to keep everything under cover but Deb was the one giving information, and as a government official I think he would do anything to keep secrets know what is going on. Here me out: when you guys went to the place deb told you to met Gary called you guys question is how does he know deb is dead? Was here protecting her or was he watching her? Because if you really think about it Scott didn’t know deb was dead and we barely know anything about Chole. So the main person you should get more information about Gary and where was he the day deb died. Yah the government may have pinged her located but what was his motive and why did he contact you when you went to the place deb told you to meet? Gary is a bit sus to me. Question where did Scott come from before you guys confronted him where did he walk from???? Theory: what if deb isn’t died what if she’s alive but she had to go on the run and what if she gave you that chip or whatever it’s called what if she gave you that as a decoy so you would think she’s died so no one could follow here,when you guys asked Scott if he know if deb was died he just looked weird so I think Scott may be helping deb run away and the safe house was a decoy too I’m just saying but yeah stay safe ❤️❤️
