What is your but sitting in can you watch a movie or a season in it for more then 2 hours and if so what’s the name is your back okay and but after that time ?

I'm using a simple office chair from staples that you see in the video. My posture is pretty good so I never had issues with my back. My butt does get numb after sitting for a while tho lol. But I can sit here for 8 hours with no issues
