Thank you Again Mrs. Shohreh Useful video as usual, and here is my learned points 1) S-curve is an easy way to introduce ur project costs or any data 2) S-curve has different types, like front and back loaded 3) it is only for cumulative data 4) if i have front or back loaded s-curve, i have to check the availability of the resources for that time when the load is high 5) S-curve can be used for all types of projects, not only construction projects, but also services projects where we calculate man hour for estimating the cost 6) any cumulative data can be used to draw that s-curve Here is a question ... I read that one of the advantages of S-curve that it is dividing span of the project to 3 equal phases, is that true? can you write some advantages of s-curve ?! Thank you

Tamiru, thanks for your comment. Glad to hear that the video was helpful. We don't have the video tutorial developed for generating S-Curves from Primavera P6 or MS Project. However, it seems that many are asking for it. We will make sure to plan the development of this video sometime this year. Hi Shohreh, I have watched some of your Project Controls training videos, and one thing I noticed is that, your presentation is highly engaging and so mutual for viewers to understand easily. Keep it up👍. Just one clarification, does the "S" in S-curve stands for "Spending" ? i.e. Spending-Curve. I asked this question because years back while watching a training video, the instructor stated that the "S" stands for Spending; meaning Planned Amount to be spent.

Thanks for your words of encouragement Songo. The "S" in the S-curve, as described in this video, goes back to the "S-shape" of the curve. S-curves have various uses.
