Sir in order to find out the dotted lines in step-4..u r using step-1..why can't v use step-3 itself sir..3¹ is connected with 2¹ and 4¹ and then c¹..so mark tat connections in dotted lines in step-4..is ths step crrct?

Yes you can use that also( imagination required), but In step one all the connection are very clear, compare to step 3. .... ..@the top. C...(3c) 2( left to 3) -----3---4( right to 3) This one will be clearly seen in step 1 only kanna.
