Thanks I am a victim of a lot of these time wasters and it helps to hear them announced and spoken out verbally so that I might resist the urge to become a captive of them.

one of the most important reasons that we waste our time is that we become a multitasking PM, and this is our biggest error, we need to organize our time and organize our schedule of things but always be open mind that we need to do several things, so we need to move from the most important to the lowest important stuff in our day
