Thanks for the info... because the video title is "adjusting cleats" probably could have gone into a little more depth about how to adjust them to the natural inward or outward pointing of your feet. The video was more about how to initially mount the cleats on the shoe rather than how to adjust them. Thanks again.

This is good to know. I accidentally forgot to buy the shoes when I ordered the bike, so I'll have the bike without shoes. I looked into alternatives but others didn't come with cleats and/or have complicated setups. I called Nike and they told me to buy the cleats from Amazon. I asked which, what should I ask for? He said, "I don't know." Cool. I'll stick with Peloton's shoes.

Yea it’s frustrating in the beginning that’s why I went with the set. FYI if you ever want to go with the nikes, it’s delta cleats you are looking for. I think I’ve seen them for around 8-15 bucks

I have not used before but it’s a memory clip. Supposedly allows you to keep it in position when you remove old cleats, the black tab stays and allows you to position a new cleat in with out losing the old position
