Hi , I had similar red spots areas on my face for ages ( every time when a new season or weather came ). I went to dermatologist and they could not heal it, and then I found Dr chen ginseng cream, and since than they never came out. Maybe it would work for you too, :) it is for very dry and sensitive skin , my skin gets irritated to almost every kind of creams, but this , no. best.

Girl I get those red patches too. The best thing to do is put ice or massage your face with cold water. Get the blood flow going and then cool everything down. This take a while, but it helps so much. Or in a pinch, redness reducing eyedrops are helpful for when you have to run out of the door, but don’t over use them since it’s not meant to go on the skin
