Sour pancakes with ham and cheese are actually good but they should be veeery thin and quite big in order to roll the filling in. In Russia the are called "bliny". There are many cooking tutorials here on youtube. Ольга Матвей has a couple of them (different bliny). You would like it if you tried. Maple syrup pancakes even have a different receipt :)
