In this video we demonstrate a nice simple drill that only utilises three techniques and yet it can teach you a lot about moving your weight distribution around when you strike. Regardless of your combat sport of choice, Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai or any othute er, being able to effectively move your centre of gravity around from the lead leg to the rear leg can open up a whole host of offence and defence options.
In this drill we use just 3 techniques, a cross, a lead hook and a duck/level change to help you understand how to get your weight flowing from one position to another and use it to effective contribute power to your strikes or to recover from bad positions.
