Do they sell just the net replacements

Unfortunately net replacements are not available due to the net being threaded around the welded frame. However many people retrofit the ambush nets with landing net replacement netting. This is currently the only solution to replacing the netting on your hoopnet.

That is why you pull your trap often. If baited properly it will be awhile before they consume all of it
