11:08, the output is undefined. For a moment, if we forget the timer property of setTimeout function, If i am not wrong, there is no return statement in getName() function so, calling const nm = getName(name) gives undefined ??Can any one clear my doubt ? i have lost my whole day in this confussion.

I have a doubt , My doubt is I have created a separate function to fetch the data from an Api and then I return a value. But when I am trying to return the values I am getting it as promise. I searched alot but did not get my ans I want my dataObject out of the . then () how can I do that, Let I have .then(value=>console.log(value)), Now I need this value outside the .then if I return here instead of console it won't work. And will get promise itself . Please help me out😐
