Holy shit! This is one of the best channels I've found on the tube. You guys are old school and so rad! Watched nearly all and this is insane dream skiing....I switched over to snowboarding years back, but I've kinda been itching to ski again. Surfing is my go to, but these vids have gotten me so stoked about hidden/not so hidden gems of the east coast ski life. ....I knew it existed but I've never seen it captured like this. Looking forward to more vids!

IDK if I'm wierd or not, but the coolest part of the ski tours to me is always the 10 foot wide, super thin trail all the way back down to the bottom (6:00)

the run out makes the gnar even more enjoyable!

3 foot wide in the ADKs since the idiotic master plan enacted in the late 90s prohibit maintaining the original trail sizes. Those trails used to be safer for mixed skier/snowshoer traffic with room for both to pass.

Skinny fat desk jockeys such as myself have jello quads by then so the runout feels like a triple black diamond holding on for dear life 🤣

Oooof those conditions look awful...When the High peaks get dumped on, they (mountain slides) are some of the best lines in the Northeast..... You guys hit the Whiteface slides on a good day, so much POW.

I always tell people upstate NY has some of the best terrain youll find. Even off the highways right there. Just a matter of getting the right timing of snow and balls to get it while its skiable! Thats how we do ski the east baby!! Somebody get Myles a camper trailer so he can get it and some sleep! Still do the same shit even when my heats broke but we need some camps man!

Great skiing, indeed! Hey, but no matter how skilled you feel ice climbing, NEVER simu-climb solo right behind someone that way. People do slip once in while and he would have gone straight into the guy right behind him crampons-first. Ugly to even ponder. One other thing, there was this odd sound in the background throughout. What was that? Not ah, music, was it? I don't think so, at least.
