Respected late Sagar Sen was genius of the genius in the Rabindrasangeet World. Sagar Sen was a great Master of Rabindrasangeet. Promit Sen no at all near his father's ability in Rabindrasangeet. I and my elder brother have seen his father and listened to his GOLDEN voices for Rabindrasangeet in the year 1980 in the Auditorium of Lake Stadium of kolkata. Sagar Sen had a voice of heaven to enchant audiences. The day I can clearly remember that evening RESPECTED SAGAR SEN came and sat on a chair and his harmonium was kept on another chair. He talked to his musicians and started his Gods and Goddesses blessed Rabindrasangeet one by one anf whole audiences became enchanted and spellbound. His songs would come out from the depth of his soul and touched the heart of the audiences. His looks was like a professor of a college and his etiquette was so polite that could evoke respect to him automatically. Absolutely magnificent his style. He is a class of himself. No singer can be compared to his GOLDEN Voices of Heaven. His Rabindrasangeet till today touches our souls like a OCEAN Wave. He is Evergreen and alive in his Rabindrasangeet.
