Promoting disability confidence in local communities on Purple Tuesday

As a Disability Confident Leader, we are dedicated to closing the disability employment gap, empowering disabled people to thrive at work and in their communities.
To mark this year’s Purple Tuesday campaign, we partnered with Cardiff’s biggest shopping centre, St David’s Dewi Sant, to connect local people to a host of employer partners and expert disability organisations.
For more than two years we’ve been partnering with St David’s, promoting inclusion by offering invaluable Disability Confident training to more than 200 of their brand partners.
