i think jyp is probably the best musical ceo/ producer out there. He doesn't treat his artists like money making machines. I think its' because he is an artist himself so he understands what other artists want and need. Like what ceo or producer will go play soccor with their employees. seriously lol. he's like their boss second but friend and mentor first. complete respect.
