Correct me if I'm wrong, but pronation gave out about halfway into the video. In nearly every position past 50kg, you went palm up and relied almost exclusively on backpressure

How fast could someone progress from 61 kg to 91 kg in standing holding position based on your experiences ? Thanks Daniel.

Do you think you should do several different backpressure exercises on the same day or for example several different wrist flexion exercises on the same day? I get really tired after 2 exercises, and the rest are not good effort.
@201_armwrestling2 жыл бұрын
2 exercises are enough. Especially if they target diferent aspects of the same move.

What is your height and weight if I might ask?
@IACORAU3 жыл бұрын
you hold the end of the belt with your hand, but the point where the belt actually pull the weight is almost on the half of the forearm. This way you can pull much more weight. I bet everything that you can't move 50kg if the belt start from.your hand and directly goes to the weight.
@201_armwrestling3 жыл бұрын
Watch more of my training videos. There are a lot of instances where I hold the belt or a handle or a dumbbell in my hand with mor than 50 kg.

you wrap it around the forearm so that you don't damage your wrist ? do you do anything to compensate for this or does it even need compensation ? Like so that your wrist connection with pronation doesnt get left behind
@201_armwrestling4 жыл бұрын
No, the belt just slips down. You should keep it close to your wrist as best as you can. As for the second question: when you are already in a hook you only need this low pronation. And when you want to get into a hook, you need to supinate. So no need for any other pronation to compensate with, at least not for hook.

Yes, 100%. Static training should be part of any Armwrestling program.

My wrist got injured by trying some heavy pronations. Is that normal?
@201_armwrestling4 жыл бұрын
What type of attachment do you use (over thumb, under thumb or around the thumb)? Training high pronation (over the thumb) with heavy weights is pretty risky.
