@@horizonblack a lot of the new stuff is re hashed stuff from the 80's , 90's and 2000's, but there are some new awesome bands that sound different, remember a lot of the Metal Gods come from my era, The Metal God himself Rob Halford, other Metal Gods Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, AC/DC, the other Metal GODs DIO, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Metallica, how can I forget Iron Maiden need I go on. The newer band I love are Sabaton, Arch Enemy, Nervosa, jinjer, Steel Panther, Baby Metal and many more all Awesome and very different styles of Metal

@@dawnpatrol100 I'm about the age of what would be your little brother. For me, it was Pantera, Prong, Metalica, Testament, Fear Factory. Here's a suggestion list of newer bands: In This Moment has worked with Rob Halford. I love ITM as far as newer bands go. Ghost both is and is not metal, depending on the song. Mummy Dust is likely their heaviest. If you want different, but gyod-damn amazing, check out Zeal and Ardor's "Ship on Fire." Metalheads remain, statistically, the happiest people on Earth. Peace :-)
