What currently makes Haaland better for me than most strikers and players is the fact that, despite his great self-confidence and ego, he manages not to bury his teammates like a Ronaldo and Mbappe often times did. He runs the extra meter, passes the ball when someone else got a better position, kicks someone over when he puts his hands on a teammate and he thanks others for his archivments. He knows that he is playing in a team.

Some of those titles have come down to the last day, but at the end of the day, Manchester City finished the season in 1st place. Many of us have respect for the premier league but is it any surprise that the same team is lifting the trophy after 38 games. If Erling Haaland stays in the premier league for a decade, and Man City continue showing no signs of slowing down domestically, the premier league will slowly turn into a farmer's league especially with the way that he himself is scoring all these goals. I would say his overal runs are better than Ronaldo because even though he's fast, he's not as nimble as Ronaldo from stationary positions. Ronaldo usually had the luxury of awaiting until the last possible moment to dash in, creating a big problem for defenders by his agility alone Wheras Haaland kinda mixes the defence apart. Ronaldo didn't have pure shooter style of finishing either, he had very reliable precision with his upper-inside part of the boot But you wouldn't see him being overly creative with his shooting agility except for bicycle kicks because most of the time, he was quicker than anyone you'd imagine and just didn't need that much of weird shooting attempts

First it was "he needs time, the prem is too physical", which was always a dumb argument. Then it was "well, look at his teammates", like yeah, playing in a good team will help u perform better. Lets just casually ignore the fact that plenty other good/great players couldnt get near to those number with the same teammates. Or that he was scoring at similar rates at salzburg and dortmund as well. "Hes a tap in merchant", ah yes, im sure he just magically and luckily finds himself in the right spot at the right time again and again.... u dont have to like the guy, i mean i dont like neymar but that dsnt mean ill just dismiss his talent and wont acknowledge what he does.

Am i the only who thinks this channel has the same narrator like “Daily dose of football”? Even the style of narrating is identical

The problem is that most good defenders still will keep most of the focus on the ball. You have to read the game as well as he does to stop him and react quicker than he can run. Good luck

There's a difference between great goalscorer and great footballer

Haaland has as many assists in the PL this season as Martin Odegaard(a player many at the start of the season tried to compare to KDB) So can we stop this braindead narrative that Haaland is only a great scorer, and not a great fotballer because that is what he is.
@Vipul6190 Жыл бұрын
@@thetruth4654 Odegaard also score Goals and he's the main reason for Arsenal's success this season. Stop being a stats merchant it depends on how much players make impact on field sometimes Stats can be misleading. Fyi Not saying Haaland is not a great football

Amazing goal scorer. Haven’t seen him do anything else. Doesn’t dribble well. Doesn’t pass well. Doesn’t defend. He just finds the box and waits for the ball.

It will sound insane for me to say this, but at this rate he may become the perfect number 9 (he is easily the best no.9 right now) and if he keeps it up he could potentially beat out R9 (who I consider the best no.9 striker that has ever lived)

I love seeing this man literally run over defenders. His positioning and pitch awareness at such a young age is what makes me think that pep scammed dortmund for this man, he was easily worth over 90 mil.

Im not a haaland hater but comparing a striker who's playstyle is different to the goats like Messi and Ronaldo and calling him the next Goat makes me furious like they not not only scored goals they did a lot with them

One thing you can do to make your videos better. It is good and entertaining still, but - Showing what you're describing could do wonders. Like you talked about him scoring with *back-heel, right foot, etc.* But the video was just showing the previous clip over and over like 4 times. It happens quite a lot. So... yeah. That

@PeraRocks Жыл бұрын
I never understood the "Tap in merchant" diss, like if it was that easy then every striker in the prem would have his numbers. A goal is a goal period, it counts the same whether you tap it in or bang it from 40 yards out, this isn't the NBA where you get a 3 point shot. (This is coming from an Ibra fan who absolutely loves wonder goals and crazy acrobatics, I don't like seeing a boring tap in either but it gets the job done).

Hello Raymar? Do you edit your own videos? I love the way you articulate your videos, but I believe that they could be even higher in quality! Please reply if you would give me the chance to edit one of your voiceovers 🙌 I would love to go over a potential video idea with you, and help to sharper edits which suit the context of the audios better!
