Proof of Bots in Warzone Mobile?

I thought Activision had said there were no bots in the game, but here's some Warzone Mobile Gameplay that says otherwise!

They did advertise real players the reason i downloaded it was codm was infested with bots atleast codm is easy to get real players together to play private

Today I played Warzone Mobile for the first time, and was able to win nearly all games, even tho I never played Warzone on other platforms. I live in Australia where it is very hard to fill lobbies, since very little people in the region, so I am pretty sure that like 95% of players I killed were bots, I feel like uninstalling the game now.

This was a great stream to watch! I'm still confused about it all. The path that skinnysunshine takes around the doors is identical every time so it presumably is some kind of bot. But if it were made my Activision surely it would have a map of the gulag to traverse so it wouldn't bump into walls? But then if it were an external bot for something like XP farming how do they clearly have knowledge of the map - some kind of fancy OCR?

Lol yall wanna recreate these exact bot actions in mw3. Go into private match and put casual enemy bots then go afk. After a while. They stop killing you and start behaving EXACTLY LIKE THIS

The first few days no bots, but 1-3 minute matchmaking at least. Now 20 second queue but definitely bots running towards you with minimal loadout. People sliding towards you in gulag but not shooting. New update has invisibility glitching.

Yeah they've said publically now that they're increasing the use of bots for better matchmaking, to be honest I think as long as it's still less than half the players in the lobby I don't really care. Getting high kill counts is more fun!

@@GeekyPastimesthe quality of matches definitely gone down quick. Yeah 6-9 kills a game looks nice till you pay attention and realize maybe two were real at best rn. I literally got so sick of codm and pubg mobile because the bots are so obvious i go around knifing them and still winning. Its like they put almost the same ai in warzone now. Id rather a 3 minute wait for a real game than 30 seconds to get a lobby thats 25%-35% real it seems?

@@imaad2001 eh arguable. This is miles ahead of most other games and its obvious they are pushing most devices with not fully optimized code. Its smooth af rn with less players. But its also a lot less competitive feeling.

Ive won 3 matches in a row and a lot of other players all seem to react the same when they have sight on me. It didn't feel like this on release

Obviously this game would have bots because 70% fan base on mobile are either unable to play or it is too much unplayable on their devices

Wait until the hype dies down. The lobbies you get will have you literally running around the map for the whole game trying to find the only other human In the lobby. Mobile BR can be fun for a few moments while you’re taking a 💩, but that’s about it

There were lots of bots int the beta at least. They had the same behavior all of them, just ran in a straight line towards you, whether its out on the map or in the gulag.

I commented on ifergs stream he was kiling bots and got abuse, it was quite obvious when none of the players he was killing were even attempting to aim at him.

They seriously seem like bots but to be fair to Activision even in that one post where it says "up to 120 players with no bots" you could read that as well if there were 120 players they wouldn't have any bots because it would be full. So my opinion is they've really never said there would never be any bots just that there wouldn't be any if you had 120 players. So they really never answered the actual question asked. I don't know how much i care and maybe it helps to get games going quicker but it does seem disingenuous not to come out an answer the question straight forward. Plus if they need the bots to get the game going why don't they just have them start out of the zone so they are the first ones killed off and its a regular game after? The problem is Activision hasn't really earned the good will to be assumed to be doing things the right way so people won't give them the benefit of the doubt... I have a relative who is in this circle and if possible I will let you know the answer to your question... If they know themselves.

They made it like codm lobbies, in br you get with all bots or you will have as many opponents as in multiplayer 2 or 3 teams at best all this to make match making faster And i lookdown to watch matches in Gulag

If you hot drop in codm I'd say that U get about 5 or 6 real teams that you actually run into. It's usually when you land away from everyone that it feels like there are only 2 or 3 real teams

That only happens if you are good enough player and won some matches against real players, but if you consistently getting squad wiped in start mid game like i do, codm will show you the mercy of bots even in multiplayer

FYI, As game developer and work with an AI to our game, yes this is bot its using AI that detect waypoint or navigation path so they have little brain inside that BOT and these bot can detect 'door , stairs, wall, player, enemy' so they move as they detected some near object to move or look at, sorry my english

I found out when I start playing warzone, I found so many bots and I was not shooting them. I was just using Mile weapon just to kill him because it’s so easy.

Im glad there are more bots and easier lobbies. This isnt a sport bros. Its a game. I got over 100 wins on mobile and im having a blast. I left consols cod because it was too sweaty to have fun. Warzone mobile and cod mobile is what i play now :)

​@@GeekyPastimes casual players love to spend money in the shop. Im having a blast so I bought season 2 black cell. I bought the snoop Dogg battle pass this season. And I don't even want to think of how much I've spent on cod mobile. If the game was super frustrating like on Cod console I wouldn't spend any money. Call of duty has the stats and if they see that the people who play less hours spend the more then I hope they keep it casual. And for the people that want to sweat for free make a ranked mode for them. Everyone wins :)
