I had one query though, in all the documents you showed, there was no mention of outstanding debt, loan on the account. But its mentioned on the official website and you also mentioned it at the start of the video. So how did that work?

Need help.. have got the ITA and but confused about the proof of fund. My Avg monthly bal is good for past 3 months and I have min required money from past 1 month in my Acc. But initially 3 month Avg bal was not that good. Should I submit ITA in next 10-15 days or should I wait ?

Hello Ma'am, I received PR invite and as proof of funds they have asked to list all bank accounts and investment accounts. I have 2 Bank accounts, but I use only one HDFC account and have all funds and transactions from this main account. I also have sufficient funds as proof(14000 CAD) from this account. Q1: I have obtained HDFC Balance confirmation letter similar to the one showed here. Will I need CAD conversion letter as well? Q2: Do I still need to get bank statement from second ICICI account which I hardly use( Less than 5 transactions in whole year) even though my main account has sufficient funds. Q3: Do I still need to get Investment account where I have purchased mutual funds, shares and so on. I have liquid funds available in main account. So is Investment account statements really necessary? None of the blogs and youtube videos have mentioned showing investment account statements. Kindly help. Only 21 days remaining to accept invitation.

As my account balance is less than the required 16.5k CAD, I am making a gift deed to myself from my wife for whatever money I am falling short of. Hey recently I have starting watching your videos and they are very much clear and interesting....I m planning to show gift deed as a proof....in my case my wife is the primary applicant and I would be receiving gift deed from my mother. Out of total requirement that is approx 9 lacs... 7.25 lacs would be shown via gift deed and rest my savings and wife's savings account. 1) Is it ok if I take gift deed on my name and give authorisation letter to my wife being primary applicant? 2) After receiving gift via a bank transfer can I make a Fixed Deposit on my name (inorder to gain more interest) 3) How do we use the funds lying in my Indian account in canada? 4) How do we prove to immigration officer that we are holding those funds on the day of our landing?

Hello- Did u try checking with other HDFC branch?? Staff in some of the branches is difficult to convince.

@@pawansaran6584 I tried in HDFC loan branch too and even they told me that we do not give this anywhere in India. But fortunately, recently I went to a different branch in another city to rectify some mistake in the letter and they agreed to add it.

@@ashnabindra1688 Oh so they do have a provision to add this? How did you get them to agree to adding that? They told me the same at my home branch. That you can't get this anywhere in India. I spoke to the manager directly and he said he has never seen a request like this in his career. I went to a different branch which deals only with loans, but no luck there too. If you don't mind, could you share that letter with me ? You can black out all the personal details using some text highlighter and share it ? I know its too much to ask but it would be very helpful for me to convince the staff at my branch.

Hello- IRCC suggests to declare the loan/ debt that applicants might have in the POF documents. So u can mention it in the letter.

Hii I am planning to maintain my fund in a cooperative bank near to my location as Fixed Deposit. Does a letter stating the FD details is enough for the proof of fund??? Hey Swapnika- Thanks for watching our video. ☺️🙏🏼 The purpose of proof of funds is to make sure new immigrants have enough to money to survive because cost of living will be high and getting a job takes time. They will ask u for POF(not always) to show the proof when u land for the first time. I don’t think anyone will ask after that, it’s just u should have the money to make your survival easy. And yes u can take that money out that time.
