If you never have travelled abroad or never had any kind of visa approval from a foreign country, you can should submit any air travel within your country, plus your passport bio-page in my opinion. If you do not even have anything, you may only submit the passport bio page and that's all you got. This is not a big deal if you have a solid offer letter, I mean an offer from a high ranked University with some or no Scholarship/Assistantship. It is going to behelpful if you are not an outstanding scholar as determined by the VO.
