Hi Wolo, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance to you and your family. I have a question regarding proof of funds. I received ITA on the 27.11.2019 and will be getting a gift of my entire settlement funds from my mum next week into a bank account I recently opened. I also will be immediately investing the funds in a fixed deposit. Is it okay if I upload the following documents? 1. Notarised letter of gift deed signed by my mum and myself 2. Affidavit of gift deed 3. Fixed deposit certificate 4. Bank reference letter showing details of the investment 5. Statement from date of opening showing the funds from my mum and the corresponding debit by the bank for the investment. I look forward to your usual helpful response Regards, Nurudeen

I will do a video on it, but teaching is a regulated profession and you have to write exams before you can get a job offer except you apply for educational assistant position or do a certificate program on early childhood education

Take how many month....I ask this question so as to av an idea of how long the money will stay in my account, in case if the money is been borrowed... All also, once the all process get click and one already landed safely in Canada... Will be safe to return the money in case of a borrowed proff of fund....

You can not use borrowed money...or you have to obtain a letter from that person to state it was a gift to you and they are not requireing you to pay back..just as LoLo said..

Yes they can visit the husband who is under work permit ..the wife of the husband can qualify even for an open work permit under certain grounds ..the kids can also visit and even school in canada under the the visitor visa under certain age (minor)

Complicate, yet pretty easy. You can and cannot make use of a cooperate account under FSW, PNP,AIPP,RNIP classes. If you are employed AND have a side business registered in your name as you've claimed, why not. Except you want to submit a new application under self-employed category. You can transfer the funds into your personal or fixed it.

@@Ikman5 You're right and I'm NOT proud about it. I'm pretty sure we have them in most occupations and not just Immigration consultants. I have counsel people that even wanted me to utilize my status to cheat the system or by incriminating themselves. Sometimes, clients are desperate for successful immigration status. I was a victim myself before i decided to go back to school for my license. So i get it!!

Please take it easy with Compact Immigration Consultancy, there are genuine consultants who tell people the truth as well. The fees to get the licence is also very expensive so I wont blame them and the laws concerning being a consultant is quite stringent. Its just unfortunate there are so many that are also not sincere, Compact Immigration is helping to respond to questions which I do appreciate as it is not easy to answer all comments. It is the same as the Federal Express entry POF. Some provinces have it lower than the Federal Express entry POF but it is not lower.

For PNPs including AINP, it's the same POF as the Federal Express entry. For AINP application fee, it is still free until 2020. The new Conservative govt has placed a fee of 500 CAD for it
