Congratulations 🎉 yes you do! You don’t need to show the €6000 but show for what your Uni scholarship doesn’t cover plus cost of your flight ticket and other expenses in Italy eg: getting insurance here, paying for your student permit at the Questura etc…

Hi AdaMash I don’t really know about bringing family along during studies in Italy. Try consulting the university you’re applying to for guidance on that. Outside that, period to bring family to Italy is a bit complicated and largely depends on the type of state permitt

Yes Daniel. They mostly check funds for one year. If someone is sponsoring you as long as the person is earning salary, the know there will be means to support you during your second year that is if you don't apply for any scholarship. Your entry to Italy is the most important to them.

Hi Barre. They’re mostly concerned with at least the first year however it’s always a plus if you have enough funds. If you have a sponsor, you can always tell them your second year fees will be paid then hence giving room for you not having to necessarily show that funds. Hi Faarax. Can you clarify abit? If I understood, your account has been dormant and you want to ask if you can put money in before your application process? Did you mean you will be applying next year June? If next year then you have all the time to make your account active. You can deposit money into it but I suggest you deposit at a progressive rate. Your parents can sponsor you as well. If you have the entire money don't deposit all at once. Split into into like 3 transactions in 2 weeks but ensure it is like more than a month away from when you will be submitting your visa application. If they ask any question regarding it just be bold while answering.

Hi Bernard can you send a message on Instagram? Its a lengthy process but you must compile the family composition doc stating what they earn and don't earn ( implying unemployed fam members), then for legalization, you do it at the Italian embassy after translating your certs in their approved affiliate offices. Before legalization, you must authenticate your certificates and birth certificate at the Ministry of Education and foreign affairs
