The scholars of Islam are unanimous that the recitation of this verse has been abrogated but its ruling still remains in effect. However, the only reason why Umar got emotional and wanted to put the verse in the Quran was because he was afraid that one day people would think that its ruling had been cancelled. However, the companions did not allow him to because they all knew that its recitation had been abrogated. In order to put a verse in the Quran there needed to be two witnesses and Umar was all by himself. Someone who projects 'truth' in his eyes doesn't mean he is projecting the actual truth. Think of it, if you are being fed negative and false texts, you should also be fed with positive and correct texts as then you would be able to make a non biased conclusion.

@@isma2083 I have read the hafs quran and some of the hadiths and found the following very disturbing about Mohammed and his allah: - Islam teaches that child marriage is OK which implies child rape (Surah 65:4) which is evil. And Mohammed of course led by example when he raped a 9 year old little girl. - Islam teaches that it is OK for a husband to beat his wife (Surah 4:34) which is evil. - Islam teaches that it is OK to use women captured in war to be used and sold as sex slaves (Surah 33:50) which evil. - Islam teaches that Christians and Jews must be fought until they have been killed (murdered) unless they submit to Islam and agree to be oppressed second class citizens in the own country (Surah 9:29) which is evil. - And the witness of a women is worth only half of that of a man. (Surah 2:282). That is an insult to all women. So that is my problem with the many different Arabic qurans we can all buy. And we should always remember all of Islam is only what Mohammed maybe recited and how he lived. So why do you believe that following Mohammed will get you or anyone else to heaven. And do show the quranic verses on which you base your belief.

My response would be that we trust the Quran over Hadeeth sources even if hadeeth is saheeh (authentic). The Quran is the highest form of preservation. The prophet specifically asked not to write his hadeeth until the Quran was complete so that they wouldn't be mixed.

Ugh! OMG! This is painful! Okay, I won't reply to anyone anymore. Yes, I do realize that. I NEVER said to neglect hadith! I only said that the Quran is the highest form of legislation. Even if the hadith was authentic a thousand time, if it contradicts the Quran, it will never overrule the Quran which is highest in hierarchy of legislation. The Quran said about itself that it's complete, so no hadith can overrule that. We don't consider the hadith infallible even if it was saheeh. It was still collected and an effort was made in the collection but, unlike the Quran, it's not 100% infallible. And the prayer is mutawatir hadeeth (look it up, but I'm sure you know mr Arabian Spring bud) AND it was movements that were viewed and learned and taught to others and so on. But I'm sure you already know all of that and just wanna embarrass someone and show them they're wrong and you're right. Anyway, please don't reply, I'm done here. Those debates are pointless. Everybody just debates for their own vanity and to prove the other wrong. Whether you're Muslim, Christian, or atheist, nothing will change your mind. I am an Arabic native speaker with an excellent Standard Arabic language skills. Omar’s quote said that because the stoning is not mentioned in Quran, I’m afraid that after extended period of time, people might say we will not stone anymore because it is not in Quran. So, Omar here is confirming that stoning is not mentioned in Quran, and was worried it will not continue to be carry out after long time. It makes perfect sense. We know the stoning from Hadith not Quran and Omar is confirming this in the example you illustrated. I read the Arabic version and it didn’t take me a second to understand it. I am very open to know anything that has any level of doubts, but here the example you choose was not a good one for the purpose of your topic. Most of the educated native Arabic speaker with knowledge in standard Arabic language can understand the text. If my explanation was not clear enough, I can try to explain it once more. Are you a Muslim? Or an ex Muslim? If you are an ex Muslim, do you as an Arabic native speaker know the truth about the Quran? Is it really the truth? Is there any errors at all in the Quran that contradicts current day scientific facts? The Quran is not linked to any Hadith nor it is continued or completed by them. Hadiths books are not the Quran. The Quran is not a story teller book, it is a clear message with divine words in a unique linguistic composition ! It is incredibly powerful in the choice of it's wordings . No people ( at least not from the 22 known Arabic native countries) were able to compose even a close (resembling) style and with such a precise selection of extraordinary vocabulary put together in a flawless grammatical format ! Such a linguistic perfection and expression simply did not exist in the Arab world !he Quran has served to develop further the Arabic language as taught in university curriculums today. It is the only available script where the language is used to the maximum of its capacity limits and even beyond !!! When it comes to Hadiths , they are just books written by people (full of fictuous stories, corrupted statements and lies) with the only purpose of undermining & contradicting the Quran. These are deviant books made to overpower the Quran with a secterian dogma so that to cause divisions, separations & confusions between believers! Why did these Hadiths started to appear after the death of the prophet? The answer is simple : to fill hell fire with maximum people as possible ! You had said it yourself, the Quran surprisingly mentions this! Imad, sorry to tell you this but you are an uneducated person on Islam. Hadith are a way for muslims to fully understand how to practice their religion, without it you would not know how to pray namaz or fast properly. If you live in a muslim country the sharia law is comprised of practices Muhammad took in order to create their laws, which are only found in hadith. As a modern muslim you find these hadith repulsive, but the people in that time did not think so. This is a sign that Islam along with any other religion do not stand the test of time. There is hope however, look into science, and dump theology.

I was born as a Muslim... Since I was a kid I had many many many questions... I never got answers.... I got one answer which fits all questions on the Muslims thinking. This answer was "it's written in the Quran. We don't ask meanings, we accept and obey!" Tell that a 10 years old girl with Asperger's syndrome. I wasn't able to accept because the question was still there. I wanted the reasons why we do all these things, why it's written in the Quran ... This individual who created the Quran had reasons for all these rules. Nobody was able to explain .... Now i am 37 yo and i am an ex Muslim since 7 years now. Why? Because i saw things which don't work in Islam as u explain them in jr videos. Today I found ur channel and i am so happy that KZbin showed kt to me. U definitely got a new follower! that not mean that quran in incomplete , i think that you should study the science of quran especialy " النسخ " is an Arabic word usually translated as "abrogation". In tafsir, or Islamic legal exegesis, naskh recognizes that one rule might not always be suitable for every situation. In the widely recognized and "classic" form of naskh, one ḥukm "ruling" is abrogated to introduce an exception to the general rule, but the text the ḥukm is based on is not repealed.Some examples of Islamic rulings based on naskh include a gradual ban on consumption of alcohol (originally alcohol was not banned, but Muslims were told that the bad outweighed the good in drinking) and a change in the direction of the qibla, the direction that should be faced when praying salat (originally Muslims faced Jerusalem, but this was changed to face the Kaaba in Mecca) allah says : "If We ever abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten, We replace it with a better or similar one. Do you not know that Allah is Most Capable of everything?"surah al baqarah 106-107 (this thing is exist also in the bible and towrat)

The answer of this video is mention in quran surah al baqra verse 106 "We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Umar ibn al-Khattaab is the first link in the chain of narration (isnad) for the al-Doori qira'at of the Qur'an. Yet the al-Doori version of the Qur'an does not contain the stoning verse. If it does not contain the stoning verse how can this reading come from Umar? This must be a false chain.

You're trying to show Quran (word of God) is incomplete by the human books, all those books you're reading are written by human after prophet, God like he mentioned in his book, he promessed to protect only his book Quran from modifications by hypocrits and he asked us if we find we doubt any hadith or anything we hear about Islam, we should refer to the Quran, if we found what we doubt is contradicting what is in the Quran, that means that thing is from hypocrites and it's not from God or from his prophet. God didn't promese to protect word of prophet (hadiths) from modifications and falsifications by hypocrites like he promised to protect the Quran, so hadith of stoning is false, never exited in Quran, the only punishment for whom comet adultery is only by flogging them 100 times, and that's it. Theres a few issues here: 1. The Uthman Codex is the verified, cross checked and referenced Quran by the top Quran memorisers of the time. This text exists today (Samarkand Kufic Quran) and can be checked against the Hafs Quran we have today. 2. The so called different Qurans of today are all produced after the Uthmanic Codex and are accepted by the Ummah according to the laws of Ahruf and Qiraat. If anybody does not accept these texts they can always refer back to the Uthmanic text. 3. So called scriptural variants were personal records of individuals in the early days of Islam that may have scribal errors, yet when checked against other variants its obvious where scribal errors occurred - these errors are not so big as christians like Brubaker make out and its a miracle in itself how accurate these individual records are. There would be the odd vowel or word out of place at worst on a single page. Even then the whole collection of the ‘variant’ manuscripts can show up where the writer of a variant may have made minor mistakes. Again the authoritative version is the Uthmanic Codex NOT the ‘variant’ writings. 3. The ‘skeleton’ if the text of the Quran is complete, where scholars have debated is to the placement of grammatical and pronunciation of words. For example Maliki vs Maaaaliki 4. The Prophet saws in a hadith addressed the issue of dialectic variations and allowed such variations. But again if christians want to assert muslims have many ‘versions’ of the Quran and want to ignore the rules of ahruf and qiraat or that individual variant manuscripts have minor errors then they can always refer back to the Uthmanic Codex compiled only 14yrs after the death of the Prophet saws and by the companions of the Prophet saws who were present during his lifetime. 5. Challenge any christian to sit down with you and use the Uthmanic Quran, ALL the variant manuscripts and follow word for word the Quran we have today. Ask them to brush up on their arabic. 6. The christians are trying to say that even if the Quran is 99.9999% correct it cannot be the preserved Quran if it is not 100% correct. You will understand how absurd these people are and how desperate they are to find a 0.0001% inaccuracy. Its a desperation that comes about when you know your own scripture can barely hold itself together.

Dialectical differences exist in every country from North to South and East to West. The part related to stoning was not an actual verse but in the commentry of the Qur'an that was written on the same pages as the Qur'an itself. It is inconceivable that the Qur'an that is memorized by so many individuals will have a verse that is left out later and not cause controversy. If an actual verse existed, some people will still have that Qur'an with them.

There is a consensus among the Muslims since the earlier times on what the Qur'an is. There was never an actual verse as part of the Qur'an that was revealed that mentioned stoning. There are things revealed by God e.g Hadith-Qudsi that are also divine revelations but NOT QUR'AN. There is no contradiction here. If people write things as commentry and later that is removed for whatever reason, no change is being done to the Qur'an itself.

The aya of stoning was copied verbally, therefore it is not considered Quran. The news of collecting, or transferring a collection is usually impossible to complicit in lying layer after class until it reaches the informer with it to benefit the delusive science such as the transfer of the great Qur'an.(this is called تواتر) That is how the Quran remains preserved, and true.

Second, is to speak way beforle science, like the Quran does about Embryology and how it resembles a leech, the function of mountains, the lowest point on earth (dead sea), the fertizling winds, and water cycle, with no error or anything contradicting. Third, is to produce a linguistic, using Arabic rhetorical devices which is by it's high superiority. The numerical code(www.amazing19.com) in the Quran is the most complex form of numerical which can not be beat my anyone (pertaining to a challenge), far away from mankind, even the most powerful computers fail. We have plugged the Quran in a chart with counting the unknown letters the Quran starts with, it displays such a pattern which actually agrees with Quran challenging the “WHOLE OF MANKIND” to get together. Not only that but also giving us the golden ratio. With this, Quran Also speaks about this numerical miracle, as a “trial” to those who disbelieve, and to increase the faith of the believers so they doubt not. Now to only prove this manmade if someone is in his senses, is to produce just something like it, to be fair and to give credit to the amazing miracle and not to be arrogant.

All the books of ahadees were compiled by humans centuries later and these stories are never ultimate truth. They are obviously prone to mistakes. There is general consensus amongst Muslim umma that if the hadith contradicts quran, it will automatically be considered as invalid. I am a Muslim by birth and not by practice, I listened very carefully to your proof about the missing verse in the Qur'an, "the stoning verse", I must add that am not a scholar and do not know very much about Hadith. However, if the Hadith mentioned is correct I must tell you that by the time of Omar there was no book at all. The Qur'an which means literally recitation was not gathered yet, and was in the heart of Muslims by memorization. So how can Omar talk about an unexisted book? I am not trying to refute your argument but asking you if you feel knowledgeable enough to answer my question. I love to learn and have no preconception or prejudice about anything. Further, Ibn Abi Hatim said that it means, "Erase and raise it, such as erasing the following wordings (from the Qur'an), `The married adulterer and the married adulteress: stone them to death,' and, `If the son of Adam had two valleys of gold, he would seek a third.''' Ibn Jarir stated that, مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ (Whatever a verse (revelation) do Nansakh) means, "Whatever ruling we repeal in an Ayah by making the allowed unlawful and the unlawful allowed.'' The Nasakh only occurs with commandments, prohibitions, permissions, and so forth. As for stories, they do not undergo Nasakh. The word, `Nasakh' literally means, `to copy a book'. The meaning of Nasakh in the case of commandments is removing the commandment and replacing it by another. And whether the Nasakh involves the wordings, the ruling or both, it is still called Nasakh. Allah said next, ... أَوْ نُنسِهَا ... or Nunsiha (cause it to be forgotten). Ali bin Abi Talhah said that Ibn Abbas said that, مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا (Whatever a verse (revelation) do Nansakh or Nunsiha) means, "Whatever Ayah We repeal or uphold without change.'' Also, Mujahid said that the companions of Ibn Mas`ud (who read this word Nansa'ha) said that it means, "We uphold its wording and change its ruling.'' Further, Ubayd bin Umayr, Mujahid and Ata said, `Nansa'ha' means, "We delay it (i.e., do not abrogate it).'' Further, Atiyah Al-Awfi said that the Ayah means, "We delay repealing it.'' This is the same Tafsir provided by As-Suddi and Ar-Rabi bin Anas. Abdur-Razzaq said that Ma`mar said that Qatadah said about Allah's statement, مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا (Whatever a verse (revelation) do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten), "Allah made His Prophet forget what He willed and He abrogated what He will.'' Allah's said, ... نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا ... We bring a better one or similar to it, better, relates to the benefit provided for the one it addresses, as reported from Ali bin Abi Talhah that Ibn Abbas said, نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا (We bring a better one) means, "We bring forth a more beneficial ruling, that is also easier for you.'' Also, As-Suddi said that, نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا (We bring a better one or similar to it) means, "We bring forth a better Ayah, or similar to that which was repealed.'' Qatadah also said that, نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا (We bring a better one or similar to it) means, "We replace it by an Ayah more facilitating, permitting, commanding, or prohibiting.'' kotk05 islam means to submit willingly to the all mighty creator of the heavens and the earth and that the one who submits singles out this mighty creator in his acts of worship and negates all false deities (those who are not worthy of being worshipped e.g. those who have no share in creating the heavens and the earth and that what is between it). This was always the true religion which Adam until Mohammed( peace and blessing be up on them all) called/invited to and all other religions were deviations from this religion with the passage of time . Hence why the Qur'an stresses this issue multiple times in the Qur'an that all the messengers called to this and where very harsh upon committing polytheism and associating others with Allah such as saints and prophets ...i would recommend to read the Qur'an and ponder up on in instead of using your emotions and focusing on the ruling of punishments for those who commit certain sins. Plus if you wish an scientific proofs then I have no such proofs because science is based upon a false methodology;)

The verse of stoning isn't a Quran . God revealed to Muhammad (PBUH) not only Quran but also Hadith al quodsi and prophecies ect.. So people thoght that it was a verse from Quran but it wasn't . just like Surah Al Falaq and Surah Enas some people thought it wasn't a Quran and Muhammad (PBUH) correct them . so verse of stoning is just like that it's not a Quran . There is nothing called stoning in the book of Allah, it was taken from the previous revelations, Christianity or jewish , and there is a big difference between (Mos haf) or the book of Allah and the (Koran) , the book of Allah and koran are not the same ( I think so). Koran is a part of the Holly book of Allah , I think your mind was preoccupied by the traditional inherited historical Islam. Hadeeth or Sunnah like Bokhary or Moselems books are not the book of Allah , it was written after the prophet Mohamed peace bee upon him years later and it was not the same spoken words of the prophet , but the book of Allah is the only preserved book with the same original spoken words. If you want to understand Islam and Iman search for it from the same original source, from the book of Allah . And there are many concepts you need to change and delete it from your mind , read the book of Allah as if it just revealed to you.

The text of the Qur'an was revealed over a period of 23 years and the excellence of its eloquence and logic had to be maintained all along even if not complete yet. As for the issue of stoning, its revelation was to make it an established decree among Muslims. Regarding Omar's words, I believe that he deduced that the spirit and execution of the command is obligatory due to the prophet's mentioning the obligation of its execution during his sermon in his last pilgrimage.

I recall the story about the satanic verses later cancelled by mohammed, and the story of the goat who ate the paper on which one of his revelations war transcribed, lost for good since that incident. *Just checked, aisha narrated that the verses about stoning and breastfeeding were eaten by a goat that entered her room. Already the fact that the different chapters are not in chronological order means that a lot of confusion was present when all the verses were compiled into the quran.
