Since CWL is coming to an end and we all want to spend our medals, I did some Clash of Clans math as I was waiting for my builders to free up! TL,DR; Jo is right, and you should spend your Clan league medals on Hammers of fighting and spells only, if you want to max out the lab faster that is. Here is a more in-depth look to prove it. Assuming you maxed your lab at th10 (which if you didn’t doesn’t make such a huge difference), the total time to max out the lab at th11 is 322 days. This equals to 10 months and 22 days roughly. I know it’s seems a lot, but hear me out, if you do as Jo says and buy only hammers for the lab each CWL, you will save SO. MUCH. TIME. !!! Now the average upgrade time for each item in the lab is roughly 10 days for th11. So my second assumption will be that you use the hammers only on upgrades in the lab that take 10 days or longer. This means that each hammer you use (fighting or spells) will save you around 11.5 days. Now we know that hammers of fighting and spells cost 120 clan league medals, so how do we get those? The next part is a bit more complicated. I averaged out the clan league medals you get for each league from bronze to Champion, grouping each 3 together. (Eg Gold 1,2 and 3 together so that it’s just gold league), I did this regardless of which position your clan achieves, again averaging out the medals for each place from 1st till 8th. Assuming now that you achieve your 8 stars each cwl and spend your medals ONLY on hammers of spells and fighting, and combining that with the average time saved by each hammer, this will be the amount of time you could save per league by doing this! Bronze 1 month and 4 days Silver 2 months and 7days Gold 3 months and 12 days Crystal 4 months and 15 days Masters 5 months and 14 days Champion 6 months and 8 days This means if your clan is in crystal league like mine (and stays there), you participate and get 8 stars each cwl, and you spend it on the right hammers ONLY, and you constantly upgrade your lab; You can max out your lab in 6 months and 7 days instead of 10 months and 22 days!!!

there's this great strategy for th11 it involves 3 regular golems ,10 witches, 7 bowlers, 8 zaps and 2 quakes ( to take out both inferno towers) 1 jump and 1 poison.... with seige barracks full of hogs... I tripled th 11s so many times with this army

I know this is out of topic, but this day has been so epic! Because of the book of building, I upgraded my th9 to th10, then I used the hammer of building to the clan castle and I use the book of everything to the barracks. Been On TH11 for a good time now, and Been using the Drag-Zap Attack(2 Zap+1eq Combo is better as it does damage to other building as well) But it doesn't apply to every war base . But 5 Ice Golem+Witch+Bowlers +Bats and Frezze is a far superior option it's spam and it's easy, just need to plan the Batspell and Freeze Combo correctly and you are golden.

Jo I finally figured out the Zap GiBoWitch (Works on multi inferno). Basically u need 8 lighting 2 eq 1 poison and heal in cc. Then zap out the inferno( try out on value bases). Then depending where th is u need to take ww or ab( in case of sb take wall breaker or swb).The army composition is 12 giants 10 witches and 13 bowlers( take hogs in sb).

I use a quacke spell an 7 lightning to take out 3 air defences, then i use a queen walk to funnel and take out the final air denfense. I use my bk to funnel at the other side and then i use dragons

No it also choke because main things are in inferno and eagle if these 2 comes easily easy 3 stars . I'm rushed to th 11 done max dragon and zap . Now I'm at crystal league some times I get 3 star of inferno egale destroyed early and Queen also some troublemaker .. I know that it's easy to use this army. But after using it in clan war and for farming, it gets very repetitive and boring. So, it's a good idea to use some of those complex armies. Because they are fun each time you try them. You dont know what situation your queen is going to put you in.

You should try 2 earthquake, 4 lightning instead of 6 lightning if you're going for damage. TH11 allows maxed EQ spells, so it's really common to be able to hit 2 air defense with one EQ and finish both with 2 lightning each. Even if you can't hit 2 A.Def with one EQ, it is able to damage a lot of other buildings like the E. Artillery bringing it down 35%. Honestly no reason not to mix in EQ other than maybe Queen sniping by an A. Def in which case it should be 1 EQ, 5 lightning, or dark elixir farming possibly
