Some advice for someone whos has done th9 twice. half rush through th8 get your king up and important defences and your troops you use most for me balloons and minions. Then you have more defences to do while upgrading heroes saves time and idle builders. However, will increase war weight and you will have to sit in low in trophies.

saoud saoud the point is to upgrade your farming army and upgrade some of the good important defenses (wiz towers, air defenses, etc.), then go to th9 so you’re not stuck with no builders working while you’re upgrading heroes

@@YurikoKataoka i havent played coc in the past year/year and a half. i also took a few months of break after maxing th9, but before i stopped i was around mid-late th12 after maxing th9. if u put in the time u can get up to the higher ones very quickly, but from what ive seen it slows down a TON at 13/14 and up. good luck bro

Personally what I've been doing is Hogs and minions. It uses 1k5 dark elixir but it is super fun to play. It is also extremely efficient and never deceives. With some armies, a bad move can ruin your whole attack but this attack guarantees huge loot. If you play well you get 100%. If not, you take down at least half the defense on one side and reach the center for the dark elixir and minions can collect everything behind or go on the other side out of the range of archers to hit those extra mines and collectors. My minions are only level 1 and it does the trick. 38 hogs 15 minions 4 heals you find any base with +4000 dark you always get all of it

It’s ok. You got this. Don’t be scared of them. Just hit the 10s with single target infernos (if ur using goblins) and you will get the loot

I did it jo. I wish I could show you my replays. 8k - 9k dark elixir in th10 is now my favourite target. It feels like I outsmarted them when I took down even their townhall with goblin knife or sometimes giant pekka army. This video boosted my confidence and now my heroes are upgrading to level 20. BOTH.

Valks are slightly counterproductive if I am specifically farming for dark elixir. Not saying it can’t be done, but considering a valk army costs about 1800-2000 dark I would need to double what I stole just to see a difference quickly.
