An amazing way to do mathematics. Could someone explain Bodes Law using this visual method? Wonderful lecture of a rare topic.

Great video, and fascinating new perspective on these objects. I was curious on the introduction to heaps, how there were 2-d heaps (like at 22:05) and 1-d heaps (like at 23:24), where the 1-d heaps seemed to be more useful for proving the desired result. What’s the significance of these 2-d heaps?

Especially at 35:06, how does this 2-d lattice correlate to a 1-d heap that we seem to be using?
