Important topic and a good job. Hope someone in that industry is watching. As a teenager, I was in a serious propane accident and I am concerned about safety. So I applaud and praise you for the job.

Excellent video and topic. This is the way it should have been done at the factory!

Sometimes we have to spend our time, energy and money to do the job right. Well done. Fellow truck camper owners from Brooklet, Ga. Hope to meet up someday.

Thank you Elaine for the kind words and for watching our videos and commenting. We've made several friends with fellow truck campers from our channel and like you hope to meet up someday in a campground. Looks like you're quite some distance away from where we are. We're heading back out a week from today so really excited to get back out in nature again, even if it's only for a few days at a time :-)

The braided hose looks like it will last a long time ,Looks like a job well done , im putting my tc on tomorrow going to do some surf fishing . Have a great day

The stainless braiding would protect from rubbing and chaffing the hose especially. I tend to think that if the hoses are routed correctly and aren't pinched or twisted they would last quite a long time. I was surprised at the pricing on that hose on Amazon. You can't buy just one. They come in a set of two for dual tank installation but still reasonable at $21 for the pair. Now I carry the spare in case I run across a fellow truck camper who needs to replace one on their rig :-) Glad to hear you're heading out for some fishing tomorrow. We're heading up to the National Forest a week from today for a couple days at least :-)

Slowly but surely I'm turning this camper into a complete package :-) Could have had any number of issues with a failed hose somewhere out there.

Wow! Good job! Apologies. Before the video started and seeing the first picture that I thought was your fix, I thought “Oh no! That is terrible and it will cause safety problems! I need to warn him to redo!”🤣 No need. You are one step ahead! Good job! One enhancement. Nothing wrong, just helps me remember to check for propane leaks more often. I leave a little sprayer of soapy water in the propane compartment. So handy, I just use it. Again, apologies. I should have known you would do a crackerjack job researching and implementing. Thanks.

Ah Ha ! So the beginning of the video grabbed your attention ! A creator's dream :-) In all seriousness, thank you for your kind words and for that great idea about the spray bottle. I'll definitely be doing that. Might help with touching up bird poop on the truck or camper as well :-)
