Dear Mr. Roland, Could you please show an example of creating/generating model views in a cogineer target project? If we need to generate two different panels (in two layout space) based on condition, how can we do that?

Sorry it would be easier to just ask your support team to assist you here. Who is responsible in your area? Technically Cogineer calls up macros, I personally have been working with the same panel in my layout so far.

Dear Mr Roland Is it common to build a custom panel in propanel ? For example by importing a step file, (or a 3D file extension that solidworks outputs) ? Recently for a large panel, we buit our custom one in our factory. We don't live in europe, north america. For us relying on goods from abroad (RITTAL = Germany) and other manufacturers is logistically/economically not a good idea.

Yes of course, but you can use Rittal also

it's a good video Roland, i have a question about the configuration file you export the file list for "csvimportexport_RITTAL", do you created by your self or it's existing with eplan 2.8? thank you

This configuration file can be created by ay of our EPLAN experts around the world. Simply contact them and they will arrange the right file format with you maybe with a bit of consulting time...

Hello roland thanks for your videos, when generating the 2D drilling view it tells me that the macro does not exist. can you help me please. regards

If the macro does not exist in your folder, you may be pointing to a local folder, you should be pointing to the network folder when you work with multiple users. It could be that the part was picked in a different environment and you can find the macro on the DataPortal. Look up the part on the DataPortal. If somebody else picked that part then ask him where he saved the macro? Again you should all share the same network location for all EPLAN data shared by all. Not only the parts management SQL server.

Is it possible to change the values H W D because I Don't Have a enclosure with this dimension
@rolandyounk61693 жыл бұрын
Of course you can, just import the step file of your panel and you can set all mounting surface to work with your panel.

What if we don't have type of customized enclosure box in the library, like form 3 withdrawable and etc, can we import it from solidwork or Autocad file?
@rolandyounk61695 жыл бұрын
yes as long as you have step files, you can import them, make them "EPLAN-smart" and start placing your components. You can contact your EPLAN support / training center nearest you and they will show you... But seriously using a Rittal Panel is probably the fastest solution, they have done all that work for you. They create thousands of smart parts for you.

@@rolandyounk6169 sadly i see no rittal distributor in indonesia, so we must import from foreign distributor. I don't know whether it allowed or not to use rittal design and build the enclosure on local metalsheet builder. Especially their type test design. Btw, thanks for your answer and advise sir.
